  • We partner with mission-driven organizations that educate, inspire, and serve the public—such as nonprofits, zoos and aquariums, museums, parks, attractions, and destination marketing organizations. If your work connects people through experiences, community, or care, we’re likely a great fit.

  • We work with organizations of all sizes—from small nonprofits and community-based attractions to large institutions and regional destinations. We tailor every engagement to your structure, budget, and capacity so the process fits where you are—and where you’re going.

  • Most of our full strategic planning engagements last 3 to 6 months, depending on the size and complexity of your organization. We also offer shorter visioning projects and ongoing implementation support to meet your specific needs.

  • A full engagement often includes stakeholder engagement, visioning workshops, data review, strategic goal development, and a written 3–5-year plan with an action roadmap. We also offer optional add-ons like fundraising support, grant writing, board development, or implementation coaching.

  • Our project pricing varies based on scope and size. Most full planning projects range from $10K–$40K, with ongoing support services available annually or monthly. We’re happy to create a custom proposal that fits your goals and resources.

  • Yes! We provide grant research and writing, case development, campaign strategy, and board fundraising support—especially for nonprofits and public-serving organizations looking to increase their funding capacity.

  • Definitely. We offer implementation support that includes project coaching, performance tracking, and quarterly check-ins to keep your team aligned and your goals on track.

  • We work both in person and virtually depending on your preference, location, and budget. Many clients choose a hybrid approach—virtual meetings with an in-person workshop or retreat.

  • Strategic planning with Monumental Strides makes the planning process clear, and takes logical steps to get to a right-sized long-term plan. Our planning team of 6 included 5 team members who had never gone through a strategic planning process. Tiffany explained each step of the process so that at the end, we could all see the plan for moving forward and understand how each step contributed. We are excited to start implementing our new plan to grow the Aquarium Foundation’s impact!
