Tiffany Rawson Named to the 2025 Blooloop 50 Zoo & Aquarium Influencer List

We’re thrilled to share that our founder and Principal, Tiffany Rawson, has been recognized on the 2025 Blooloop 50 Zoo & Aquarium Influencer List, celebrating leaders shaping the future of the global zoo and aquarium community.

With more than two decades of experience designing and planning destinations around the world—including zoos, aquariums, theme parks, museums, and water parks—Tiffany has helped organizations elevate their attractions, expand their reach, and deepen their impact. At Monumental Strides, she works alongside teams to clarify vision, align priorities, and build the systems that turn great ideas into meaningful results.

“I am truly grateful for this recognition,” said Rawson. “I’ve been working with the zoo and aquarium industry for over two decades, helping them grow and evolve. But it’s bigger than that—it’s about being their partner, helping them dream bigger and actually achieve those goals. With each obstacle—a global pandemic, economic shifts, and more—we’re there to help our clients pivot, break apart challenges to reexamine the pieces, and ultimately, find better solutions. To be recognized for our contributions by peers and clients is incredibly humbling.”

Before founding Monumental Strides in 2022, Tiffany spent nearly 20 years with PGAV Destinations, where she helped shape experiences for attractions around the world and co-led research on global trends in visitor behavior.

Today, she continues to guide zoos and aquariums through a rapidly changing landscape. “There are three critical priorities for our clients right now,” she explained. “First, experiences are key—visitors are paying top dollar for something unique, memorable and personal. Second, employee well-being must be treated with the same care as our guests and animals. And third, technology and AI are powerful tools for efficiency and impact—but only when they complement, not replace, human connection.”

Tiffany’s multidisciplinary background in architecture, engineering, and business gives her a unique approach to planning and implementation. “I’ve spent my career translating big, conceptual ideas into buildable pieces,” she said. “Dream big, but be specific about what you’re trying to build and why it matters.”

When asked what advice she’d give to organizations struggling with execution, she added: “Make sure your vision is written down and shared—everyone should clearly understand what you’re building, when it has been achieved, and why it’s important. Then, create the systems that drive action and accountability so every person in your organization has a role in bringing it to life.”

The Blooloop 50 Zoo & Aquarium Influencer List recognizes individuals who are redefining the field through leadership and innovation. For Tiffany, the honor underscores Monumental Strides’ mission to help organizations dream big and take intentional steps toward lasting impact.
